WARRANTY & REPAIR POLICY
At Pal Diamond, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our fine jewelry. We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all our handcrafted pieces from the date of delivery.
What is Covered: Our 1-year warranty covers any defects in material or craftsmanship. If your jewelry experiences a structural flaw or a manufacturing defect within the first year, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
What is NOT Covered: Fine jewelry is delicate and should be worn with care. Our warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper handling. Specifically, the warranty does not cover:
Discoloration or oxidation caused by exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, or hot tubs.
Scratches, dents, or bent bands resulting from physical impact or heavy daily wear.
Lost, stolen, or damaged center stones or side stones due to broken or bent prongs caused by accidental impact.
Any repairs, resizing, or modifications performed by a third-party jeweler. Please note: Having your Pal Diamond jewelry altered by another jeweler will completely void this warranty.
Repair Services (Outside of Warranty): If your jewelry requires repairs outside of the warranty period, or for damages not covered by the warranty (such as resizing or replacing a lost stone due to a bent prong), we are still here to help! We offer repair services for Pal Diamond pieces at a reasonable fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with out-of-warranty repairs.
