SHIPPING POLICY
At Pal Diamond, we are thrilled to craft and deliver our fine jewelry to customers worldwide. We partner with premium, fully tracked express courier services (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS) to ensure your precious pieces arrive safely and swiftly.
1. Production & Processing Time Every Pal Diamond piece is meticulously handcrafted and made-to-order. Please allow [5 to 10] business days for our master artisans to cast, set, and polish your jewelry before it is ready to be shipped.
Please note: Processing time is separate from transit time. Custom designs or highly personalized orders may require additional production time, which will be communicated with you during the order process.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times Once your order has passed our final quality control and is dispatched from our workshop in Istanbul, Turkey, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
We offer Express Worldwide Shipping. Estimated transit times are as follows:
United States & Canada: [2 to 4] business days
United Kingdom & Europe: [1 to 3] business days
Australia & New Zealand: [3 to 6] business days
Rest of the World: [3 to 7] business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. Weather conditions, peak holiday seasons, or customs delays may occasionally extend these timeframes.
3. Signature Requirement & Secure Delivery For your protection, all Pal Diamond shipments are fully insured during transit. Because we ship high-value fine jewelry, a direct signature is strictly required upon delivery.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or parcel forwarding stations.
If you are unavailable to sign for your package, the courier will leave a notice and attempt delivery on the next business day.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (DDU) All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that the product prices displayed on our website do not include customs duties, VAT, or local taxes.
The buyer is 100% responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees applied by their country's local customs authority.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific information regarding import duties on fine jewelry before placing your order.
As stated in our Refund Policy, if a package is returned to us (Return to Sender) because the buyer refuses to pay customs duties, all return shipping costs and applied local taxes will be deducted directly from the refund.
5. Address Changes & Lost Packages Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct at checkout. Once a package has been handed over to the courier, we cannot change the delivery address or reroute the package.
If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the courier but you have not received it, please contact us immediately so we can open an official investigation with the shipping company.
